So along with the fact that we're a fairly dairy free family. I am a gluten free Mama. After many months of avoiding the subject and digging my heels in I gave up and have made the transition. As of right now it hasn't been that hard. I am actually surprised because I know most restaurants etc do not have many if any gluten free things on their menus. What does this mean???? "Hey miss? Could you please make sure that salad doesn't have croutons?" Not an issue croutons are gross anyhow. I feel silly for avoiding it actually.

Gluten-free is interesting, but as a bread-lover, very difficult to swallow. ;-)
